Our battery powered phones come with everything you need to setup a beautiful display for your event. We even include a custom designed photo frame with instructions on how to use it at no additional charge!

What colours do you offer?
We try our best to have colours that will fit with any event. As of right now we have White, Black, Pink, Blue, and Yellow.

Where do you ship?
We are based in Saskatchewan but offer shipping services throughout Canada.
When will I receive it?
We use priority shipping to ensure it arrives to you the Thursday before an event. We do rely on the shipping system in Canada but will provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow along with its progress.
If you chose pick up you can pick up the phone 2 days before your event.
Otherwise our staff will setup the phone at your wedding or event for your guests to use.
How do I return it?
We use priority shipping to ensure it arrives to you the Thursday before an event. We do rely on the shipping system in Canada but will provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow along with its progress.
Do you charge a late fee?
We charge $100 per a day after the expected drop off date at our shipping partners location.
Where should I put it at my venue?
For best results its recommended to put the Audio Guestbook in a quieter spot. A popular place is to have it on the signing table.
Is it battery-powered?
It is Battery Powered and when fully charged can be used for up to 10 hours of talk time.
To make sure we are extra safe, we include a wall charger, and cord so that you can use the booth while plugged into an outlet. If you are somewhere, where power isn’t available, you can use an USB battery pack.
How do I record my personalized greeting?
You can record a greeting an advance and send it to our team who will upload it to the phone.
How will my guests know how to leave a message?
We provide both signage and MC scripts to ensure that you have the best possible materials to educate your guests.
Is there a limit on how many recordings it can hold?
Of course! The limit of recordings is hard to estimate but the data suggests the phone should hold well over 10,000 voicemails.
Will I receive all of the voice messages that were recorded?
Our team will go through the voicemail messages and ensure that any hang ups and dead airtime is deleted. Otherwise, you will receive every voicemail message that is recorded.
What if it gets damaged or stolen?
If the phone or any of our property is damaged by you or a guest, you will be responsible for replacing the damaged property as stated in our terms and conditions.
